By using this website to book a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from booking a service.
Filling out the service request form does not guarantee a confirmed booking for the selected date and time. After receiving your submission, the service provider will reach out to you via phone, email, or text for confirmation.
Our service providers include owner-operators, teams, or referral agencies, depending on the business. All service providers are vetted and held accountable for their actions to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
When you provide your mobile number to Berry Swift Cleaning — on our booking form, on a quote request, or directly to a member of our team — you are giving us a way to contact you about your service. This section explains what we send, how you consent to it, and how you stop it.
We send two distinct categories of text message, and you consent to each category separately.
Our booking and quote forms present two separate consent checkboxes, one for each category above. Neither checkbox is pre-selected, neither is required, and the form may be submitted with both left unchecked. We send only the categories you have affirmatively selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 years or older to sign up for text messages.
The consent statements are as follows:
Message frequency may vary. Service messages are triggered by activity on your booking, so the number you receive corresponds to how often we clean for you. Marketing messages are sent occasionally, and only if you have opted in to that category.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charge for a text message is determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. Berry Swift Cleaning does not charge you for messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. The keywords END, QUIT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE are also honored.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your cleaning service; we will contact you by phone or email instead. If you would prefer to continue receiving service messages and stop only marketing messages, tell us and we will set your preferences accordingly. If you opt out and later wish to resume, select the consent checkbox again at your next booking or ask us to re-enable it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Where a matter is time-sensitive and you have not heard from us, please call (832) 900-3253.
We may also contact you by telephone regarding your booking, access to the service location, or a quote you have requested. You may ask us to stop calling you for marketing purposes at any time.

We reserve the right to deny or terminate services for any safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, hazardous conditions, or if utilities (e.g., electricity, water) are disconnected. If a service provider feels unsafe or the work environment is unsuitable, they may choose to leave the site, and the cancellation policy will apply.
To ensure safety and efficiency, please ensure that the area to be serviced is accessible and prepared for the work to be done. If the service requires moving heavy items or accessing hard-to-reach areas, please make arrangements ahead of time.
We are happy to work around pets. However, for the safety of both pets and our service providers, if a pet presents a risk or behaves aggressively, the provider has the right to leave the site. If this happens, our cancellation policy will apply.
Quoted prices are based on standard conditions. However, if the actual work site differs from what was expected (e.g., additional work required or the site is in a more difficult condition), the service provider will contact you to discuss potential price adjustments.
Payments for services are due upon completion, unless otherwise specified. We may place a hold on your credit card 24 hours prior to the booking to ensure funds are available, and payment will be charged after the service is completed.
Refunds are not offered; however, if there is an error in the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to correct the issue at no additional charge.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or inability to access the site will result in a cancellation fee, equal to the full value of the service.
While we make every effort to avoid damage or breakage during service, we are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, or unlisted fragile items. Providers carry insurance to cover damages they may cause.
Ensure that the service location is accessible on the scheduled day. If the service provider is unable to access the location, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes of arrival, the service will be skipped, and the full service fee will be charged.
By booking a service, you agree not to directly hire any of our service providers or employees for similar services within one year of their engagement with you.
Any claims arising from or related to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or province in which the services are provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Berry Swift Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
